Refunds and Returns

• Refunds and exchanges are accepted if you received the wrong product or did not receive your order, within 60 days of shipment date. Please let us know by the 6th week past shipment. 
• No cancellations after order has been shipped
• Keep in mind that items ship individually and some may arrive faster than others.
• Contact support@modtodown.com with order number and the issue.
